Short Messaging Services provides instant alerts depicting the real time status of the resource in question. For example, while a employee alights at a particular geofence area, the SMS trigger would help the user to ensure the board out at specified locations.

Report scheduling has been developed with the capability of generating different types of MIS reports. For easy accessibility these reports can also be scheduled to a specific users email accounts along with the frequency required.

Gantt Chart is a graphical representation of the tasks that is assigned for the selected resource. The Gantt Chart displays a snapshot of all the tasks and its current updates.
Places of Interest (POI) - Allows a user to mark any location and add the attribute data for the place to the database. It monitors the mobile resource activities within user defined geographical areas.
The aim of the Dispatcher Utility is to locate all the vehicles within a specified radius for a User Group. It allows for the dispatch optimization of the closest available mobile resource to a required destination.
Vehicle Time Profile specifies when a vehicle can be used on what particular day. First we need to choose whether the vehicle should be driven on specific times during the day or an allowance in hours per day.
