This report lists all customers within the selected customer group which indicates performances to the selected clients. This report may indicate potential issues that arise with customers by identifying jobs that have their stop times exceeded consistently. Additional information such as Best and Worst stop times are also indicated.
This report displays all Depot Activity for the selected vehicle/driver over the selected date range. This report can identify to ensure that resources are departing the depots as scheduled and that all resources are utilized. In addition the total time spent at the depot is also reported by means of the Dwell Time field within the report.
An analysis of the performance of the selected driver over a user defined date range. This report indicates driver performances to the assigned tasks.
An analysis of the performance of all depots within the selected driver group which can identify depot resources that are either departing on schedule or not. The total time spent for a resource on top of the scheduled stop time within the depot can be identified by the Total Excess Dwell Time.
This report gives a user the ability to analyze tasks for the selected date range on Job Duration VS Trip Duration. Essentially this report identifies actual VS planned in a report format for referencing. Other information in this report include: Differences in actual and planned times, Vehicle details and Registration
This report displays the full details of the selected tasks. Information such as Planned Arrival and Departure Times, Actual Arrival and Departure Times and its Total Travel Distance are indicated.
A summary of tasks information for the selected criteria are indicated in this report. Details on the percentage of jobs planned and achieved are calculated. Additional information includes Duration Times and Total Stop Times are indicated in the reports.
This report provides an analysis of the performance of the selected vehicles against the jobs assigned. Details such as Total Planned, Total Executed and No. of Late Arrivals can be determined.
